In this mini series I’ll be taking you along with me as I prep to become a pizza pro. Current goal? To slay Neapolitan-Style Margherita Pizza. I’m working with the Ooni Karu 16! This was my first day of prep (no pizza was made): I did Pizza Dough, Pizza Sauce (both from the ooni app - highly recommend as it makes life easier as you learn the ins and outs of the pizza) as well as my own Dairy-Free Mozz. Things I’ve learned: dual platform scales are a game changer. Wow. These are the Ooni ones and they are ACC-U-RATE. Wowowow. Loving this pizza journey so far - stay tuned.
