If this was Australia, parking in front of a driveway is illegal & you can call a tow truck to remove the car. And the great thing is, the owner of the car has to pay the towing fee.

yeah after asking nicely I'd ask for money back from taxis, then call bylaw who would ticket them and tow it. So she doesn't want to pay n park but you pay for a cab. Prob a skit but this happens
