Fun fact: Bundaberg in Queensland is sugar cane country. They would dispense of the molasses into the river until the river turned into molasses its self. How did they overcome this? Bundy Rum!!

LoL molasses is a byproduct of making cane sugar. adding heat to already made sugar just gives you melted sugar.
