One pot chicken rice made super easy with the @Ninja Kitchen Ninja Foodi 11-in-1 Multi Cooker.  I will be demo-ing this dish in Courts Tampines Megastore from 2-4pm today. 1 June 2024   Ingredients Chicken Fat 80g Lemongrass, white part, lightly smashed 4pc Ginger, peeled, knob 40g Garlic, peeled 8clove Shallots, sliced 140g Coriander Root 4pc  Chicken Stock Cube 2no Salt a pinch   Water 1kg Jasmine Rice, washed & drained 6cups Pandan Leaf 2pc Chicken Breast, whole, skin on 800g   Method of work: 1. In the Ninja Foodi, add chicken fat, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, shallots, coriander root, chicken stock cube and salt, sauté for 30sec on high 2. Add in water, jasmine rice, pandan leaf and give it a good mix 3. Lay the chicken breast down and set Ninja Foodi to pressure cook for 3mins 4. Once 3mins is up, allow the pressure to vent out completely before lifting the lid 5. Remove chicken breast and slice 6. Fluff the rice before serving       Chicken Rice Chilli   Ingredients Big Red Chilli, rough chop 100g Chilli Padi 3pc Shallots, peeled 50g Ginger, peeled 25g Garlic, peeled 14g Chicken Fat 20g Fresh Calamansi Juice 14g   Method of work: 1. Add all the ingredients into Ninja 5-in-1 Blender 2. Blend on high till all the ingredients are well blended 3. Set the chilli aside till ready to use   Chicken Rice Soy Sauce Dressing   Ingredients Light Soy Sauce 100g Sesame Oil 100g   Method of work: 1.
