@coachrosenblatt82: Weighted dips are a longtime favorite of mine, but it wasn’t until recently that I thought to try doing them with The Squat Harness V3. This is definitely the better way to do them! For starters, I had the worst luck with those old school chain belts. Somehow my t shirt would always get caught in one of the chain links and it would rip holes in it. Another reason I prefer using The Squat Harness is that the placement of the weight naturally pulls me forward, which leads to superior pec engagement. I couldn’t imagine buying a Squat Harness just to do weighted dips, but if you have one anyways, you may as well try these.
