my dad called me in the middle of the night but couldnt speak. I rushed to him. they wouldn't let me in said he was fine and wouldn't let me in. the called 2 hours later and told me to come.

I've seen & heard nurses discuss the shopping they're going to be doing on their break while an old lady is literally in the process of dying in front of them. It was utterly vile.
