I definitely agree! I have terrible stomach issues whenever I eat high sugar or refined carbs. But when I stick to a healthy diet I have zero issues.

So metformin has stopped me up like crazy , i take metamucil for my fiber and the next day i was flowing like i never had a problem I recommend and it stablizes bs

That's wild. The diabetes educator I had to see, said I could have alcoholic drinks. I rarely drink, so it's not an issue, but that wasn't the only thing I felt she had incorrect.
