Before getting a per, understand that it’s a 10-15 year commitment requiring daily responsibility and care. Can you truly honor that commitment? In a decade or more, your life may change—moves, job shifts, marriage, children, financial challenges, even unexpected hardships. Through all of this, will you still be dedicated to your dog?
