Grind the peanuts finely using a food processor. In a large bowl, combine the finely ground peanuts, melted butter, vanilla sugar, and white caster sugar. Mix everything together. Add the flour and baking powder, and mix and knead until a smooth cookie dough forms. Take a portion of the cookie dough (approximately 14 grams each) and roll it into a ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press them slightly flat. Bake the peanut cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F).
