I use youtube for kids workouts so my kids can get some movement but i have seen some videos titled burn fat or lose body fat etc, i think as parents we just need to monitor what they watch.

Tick tick already does this…..I stopped seeing all my fave fitness pages. And it’s so annoying. I don’t know if they posted new vids unless I go to their page.

I feel like they should embrace and use AI to review each YouTube video and adjust on a case by case basis allowing beneficial content to still be included but restricting content that may promote ED

It's such a basic blanket solution and reaction, hopefully the retroactively find a better solution to this, so children and teens and still have better forms of fitness education, like yourself
