I feel exactly the same way!! I cannot stand the feeling of gloves and I wash my hands non stop anyways because I hate the feeling of stuff on my hands! I’m so much more aware of everything I touch.

In the industry whether baking or not, I ask ppl to change their gloves all the time. I’m a nurse and I’m constantly changing my my while dealing with the same patient in an interaction. It’s just that I don’t want ppls hands on my food. I say wear gloves, head dress and mask. You spit when you speak also

I worked in a bakery and I ALWAYS changed my gloves after boxing up products before I took money. I can’t imagine people don’t, also trained people to change every single time. At home I wear gloves.

I wash my hands a million times when I'm doing cakes. The only time I wear gloves is when I'm playing with fondant. As per my Dr. husband washing ur hands is safer

You are 100% correct. I’m also a baker and I wear them when I need to. Have you noticed this weird trend with bakers where they take pictures of their cookies with a gloved hand, and a grassy yard as the background?! Like they walk outside holding cookie. I see this all the time. As a customer, I can’t imagine that’s very appealing.
