The more equality there is in the workplace the more older women will be celebrated. It’s just because too many men run media outlets that we are being brainwashed to just celebrate youth

💯 on both points. I have a few older women (yep older than me lol) that I aspire to so much, they aren’t celebs, just regular women who are completely comfortable in their glorious skin. 🙌🏼
