I love hearing about natural remedies as well! I always try natural before I use pharmaceutical!!! And yes, canker sores SUCK!

I love to hear the wellness side of things I before used one part of liquid children’s Benadryl and one part liquid mylanta swished and spit out. I’ll try this next time. They are the worst!!
