Girl same with the Heavy Cream! I love it when first sprayed and then all of a sudden absolutely awful! I had to wash it off me cuz it was making me sick to my stomach smelling it on me.

try to scrape the top of the Charlotte palette I had it with a powder once and it work really well afterwards its possible that there is a layer on top that holds the product and pigment together

I saw someone scrape off the first layer powder of the Charlotte Tilbury palette, and it's so pigmented you should try it!!!💕

Don’t know if it works. But Mac had that problem also years ago as charlot now try take first layer off.
