I'm 39, had a hysterectomy due to cancer and can't have any HRT. it's hard going, but so glad it's nearly winter. I might finally cool down lol

I went through menopause at 47 I honestly thought I’d got the begging of Alzheimer’s it was a very scary time but we got this ladies stay strong 💪

The worst for me is the weight gain, I lost 6 stones 7 years ago, kept it off for 5 years until meno hit, then gained three back.I think mounjaro is in my future
