We have been using these since my 21 year olds were little, we were advised to pop a cup on the radiator in their room when they were ill. I will never forget taking a deep sniff 🧐🥲🤣

You don't need to throw away the thing you stir with. Menthol crystals are made from the essential oils of peppermint. It's safe to wash and reuse. 🥰
