Many years ago gas stations used to have people who pumped the gas for you. I wish someone would bring that back. I'd be willing to pay a little more per gallon for that service.

If you get back in your vehicle while you're pumping, make sure to avoid static shock when you touch the fuel nozzle again or the spark could ignite the vapors

I lock my doors while I’m pumping gas, even during the day. Keep my purse on the floor so it can’t be seen and only take my debit card outside while pumping.

I live on a high crime area, often at gas stations. I got an electric car. This month is year 2 I have not been to a gas station. I charge it daily in my garage. No services either.

1. At 8:30 in the morning I went to a local gas station (small town) held a door open for a guy coming in. He pumped gas next to me kept staring. I remained in my vehicle and left immediately.
