Can you start gaining weight during the beginning and of perimenopause? Over about the past year and a half, I gained 6 lbs without changing anything. I meet 10k steps almost daily and weight train 3-4 x/wk. 😳 I’m 40.

thanku, I'm fatter then I've been in my lifetime at 52, I started off well for 2 months walking everyday but it's turned to Custard, my body is exhausted

If only it was that easy,walking 15/16,000 steps every day,also do yoga and weight training 3-4 times a week and still gaining weight.

I’m focussing on protein, fibre, walking when I’m not bleeding heavily or in pain, sleeping…I will weight lift when the pain ends!

I’m a doctor-I agree with this 100%- calories need to be watched-protein should be intake as many grams as you want to weigh in lbs.
