Keeping the engine clean helps reduce repairs on a modern diesel, drastically improving reliability by everything just bring clean and balanced…normal servicing does not achieve this!

I'd be very tempted by a renault megane gt 1.6 petrol 205bhp going to be more expensive to run 35_40 mpg I suppose. would it be a better bet than diesel

I bought a new Toyota Avensis 1.8 petrol automatic in 2009 40mpg still on all original parts non turbo chain driven engine 190000k I would never have a diesel all money pits

have a 2018 2.0 diesel Passat and a 2011 2.0 diesel Passat. 2018 has cost me thousands in egr and adbl issues. no issues with the 2011. seriously considering going bk to petrol next

The Skoda Enyak there are twelve battery modules, each containing 24 cells. With a total capacity of 82 kWh. 12 x €7500 = €90k. would you not have just calculated it before post? 🙈

The modern petrol engine is in fairness very reliable and economical. Smooth, quiet, great performance. Diesels ok for high mileage, but if you are doing regular motoring stick to petrol less hassle

A module is not 7k, price it yourself. Dealership for cupra told me 1200 per module.
