I don't use those for my kids.. besides I'm a grown woman and the seat belt always sits on my neck no matter the vehicle.. I just deal with it

do we have to use it when still using the high back if the seat came with it? mine came with the strap attached and idk if I have to use it or if not where it should be stored while attached to the seat

My 3 year old is 39 1/2” tall and 40” is the max to RF in his car seat but he cries when I turn his seat around and before even getting in the car he tells me he doesn’t want to turn 😢 any tips on the transition or he just has to get over it lol
