This sounds so fucking helpful this thing could literally help me manage my stress and heart rate which affects my migraine so that tracker could tell me "You're to active your heart rate isn't stable please take a break" and I'll never have to worry random spikes or drops again

PLEASE make the Apple Watch compatible to measure this as well. A lot of us can’t afford another device and would really benefit from knowing their pace points. Even if there’s a monthly fee for app.
