My sister said the same thing. Try taking the gummies instead but make sure they have folic acid in them. Thats what I’m doing and they don’t make me sick at all. 🫶🏾 sending you love and strength!

the over the counter drug store prenatal that you can just pick up in an aisle made me gaggg but when I switched to making my doctor put in a prescription I’ve been good every since and you save!!
