Peking duck is top tier tho. Other duck may taste gamey to you still. Just a warning bc I tried this first and was let down by every duck dish that followed😂

If you have an Asian market and they have the hanging ducks it's a must get!!! Added bonus if they have the sauce you can dip it in. 🤤😍
