As a locomotive engineer that used to haul and operate equipment, it's called being high centered. The bottom of the trailer is stuck on the road. He can't move. Trucks should be able to adjust the trailer height hydraulically from in the cab.

how do these truckers get themselves stuck ? or if they hit an overpass my dad drove a semi his whole life. You know what ur hauling, you know the height of it, you know the clearance u have on those.
