Half and half here. Its so good. The reason they call it meat loaf is because it’s usually baked in a bread loaf pan. If you don’t want to make a lot, go to HEB and get it from there in the meal prep

Instead of rice it’s mixed with breadcrumbs and different seasonings. It’s good with mash potatoes as a side.

Yes. My mom made meatloaf my whole life. It does taste like albondigas. Don’t put ketchup - just use tomatoe sauce.

Yes it’s like albondigas! Try the costco one comes with mashed potatoes, you just heat in oven. It’s delicious!

I’m 57 yrs old. Just had it 1st .my daughter made it from a Hello Fresh recipe and it was very good. She made it with BBQ sauce not ketchup I don’t think it has a Mexican name..itsa giant albóndiga 😁
