I've been there too. 🫠 During what I thought was my peak as a lettering artist, I had so much going on. I was working too much and enjoying it too little. I was exhausted, losing weight and I couldn't find a balance between my personal and professional life. I thought I was ready to conquer the world, and the world knocked me down. 🥊 Luckily, I've grown as an artist and as a person, and I've discovered that doing less—but with more intention—can lead to a more fulfilling life. At that time, I sought help from a coach.
