i was literally just saying i wanted this. i tired of EVERYONE being able to 1 shot each other. by endgame it takes the smallest misstep and you die. every character hits too hard

In my experience making small games any time you want to balance something like league you set the items to the power you want and balance the characters not the items most of the time. pt1

if they don't nerf scaling champs there will be even a worse meta. Imagine average game starts lasting 30+everyone will be playing smolder nasus asol kayle etc.

Isn't poppy genuinely good even without building damage since q is percent max health damage? It's just more dependent on top meta though I'd assume

the idea is nice but some champs are stronger early game by design like lee sin or champs that transform and have 5 abilities so they will be in big advantage,also adc and mages scale from items so
