For me bpd is more like being trapped in a cage because you’re so afraid of your loved ones leaving you, feel empty, alone all the time that you don’t know who you are and it’s a big darkness around.

Anxiety is soo true I have what my doctor calls severe anxiety I’m on medicine for it and it’s a very hard thing To live with everyday nobody understands but it takes a role on how to live daily
