Its not tho is it, 99% of gym goers pay 40 a month to do 45 mins on a bike, if you work hard, eat some protein and rest well you’ll build a decent body

Partly bullshit. No one can eat whatever, train however and still have a top physique. He might not track to the calorie, but he’ll have an idea of how many calories he’s putting in, and won’t binge
