@jayne_edosalon: When Luann first sat in my chair I asked her how she felt about her length and she said she wanted to let some of it go. I was like okay, just passed your boobs? And she immediately said oh no, shorter! She knew she wanted it short but didn’t know what her dream hair was, aside from having bangs. So we chatted about her hair line… her hair naturally falls outward around her face, so open bangs work best but she can push a few pieces to the center and train them. She was really torn about her dream hair but knew she was entering a new phase and was ready for something different, that could be chic, yet low maintenance and effortless, and easily pulled up but still look good.
