That sounds so frustrating! I pre-ordered one limited edition Mickey pumpkin item last year. took months to get my delivery and It wasn't the item. It was towels! was sold out. couldn't get my pumpkin

If you like pottery barn, check out crate and barrel! You are still paying for a label, but I feel like the quality is way better than pottery barn!
