"several years ago" meaning.... in 2008? Is that the last time their contract was adjusted? Because from my understanding they haven't had a raise or pension plan for the last 16 years

If the ceo can boost his pay from 20 million to 40 million in one year then they can absolutely meet the demands of the union

16 years since the last contract. No real pay increase since then. Boeing offered 25% based on 2008 pay models BUT took away annual bonus. So take in reality it’s about 10% GWI after 16 years

25% over 4 years is still well below the cost of living. It’s still a pay cut.

Boeing cut pension, medical, dental, vision and even cut 401K, including reduced annual raises/bonus for union AND non-union workers, but the CEO’s pay is what again!?

The media has become a bullhorn for corporatations, they bury the lead on purpose, they haven’t had a raise since 2008 and they got rid of their pensions
