wondering,did she leave her phone inside? even if she did it should not lock. I tested it on my tesla leaving my phone inside to see if it locks when I walk away and it did not. always carry card key

Tesla owners will understand, even if you have your phone on you, once the battery or energy conversion center is down, you cannot get inside your car nor turn on a/c. Cannot use any controls on your phone. This happened to me and others. Only option is to call tow truck and they take a while 45min-1hr

@109876543210: Before getting to the station to charge at that temperature, the A/C should’ve been working. The phone/and key must be with you at all times. She took too long to replace the charge.

At the end of the day, the owner and not the car which is set to do what it is supposed to do, who is responsible. The car did what she knew it would do, but forgot to do her part.
