The goal is to make a wide variety of flavor profiles, some familiar burrito flavors and a few fusion flavors, so that you never get bored when meal time rolls around Every recipe is high protein, low calorie and insanely delicious - the Stealth Health way 🫡 Ingredients: 240ml orange juice 120ml soy sauce Juice of 3 limes 16 cloves garlic  1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp salt 2 tspn black pepper 2 tspn onion 3 dried ancho chiles* 6 dried guajillo peppers* 1, 7.5oz can chipotle’s in adobo 40g honey or agave  25g avocado oil 1 bunch Cilantro *de-stem & de-seed, microwave covered w moist paper towel for 20-30 seconds to toast 4 pounds flank steak (64oz or 1800g) Salt each side generously Use 50-75% of the marinade, reserve the rest for adding to cooked steak + making creamy sauce Mac N’ Cheese: 300g Pasta (dry weight) Blended sauce: 275g Cottage cheese 30g Cheddar powder 120g 2% cheddar 120g fat free cheddar 240ml milk  Salt & pepper to taste 14 burrito tortillas Creamy Carne Asada Sauce 5 tablespoons of marinade 200g low fat greek yogurt 30ml milk or until desired consistency REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2-3 mins, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up your tortilla, or pan fry for 4-5 minutes per side with oil Additional notes: - The marinade is very flavorful - but you don’t need to use 100% of it to marinate the steak.
