I’m currently using hydrocyn. It’s very cheap 500ml for only rm25. But it contains only 0.003% hocl. Is there any recommended % of hocl considered effective?

Hypochlorous acid is very unstable and break down easily when exposed to sunlight or heat. it’s supposed to have a bleach smell. If not it’s highly likely already degraded and no longer effective
