it's nice, but I think you missed what makes blts great. it's the freshness of the tomato and lettuce cutting through the fat of the bacon and mayo. this looks too rich to eat and feel good after.

meh You lost me when you fried the tomatoes. For me. one of the best parts of a BLT is the contrast between the hot crispy bacon and the cool fresh tomato.
