I lost my only sibling in 2013. About a month after, I was in classes and I made a comment that my personal IT guy couldn’t help because he was 6 feet under. Took me 10 years to get into therapy.

We're I come from it's tradition to gather after the funeral and eat something and tell funny stories about that person to remember the good times during such sad moments. It helped me a lot
