I'm from PH and I want you to do this to those who really have fair prices, there are SOME vendors that sell overpriced items when you are a tourist, 3x or more than the local price.

Yep used to see this all the time in Zambia. When they get price down and think they avoided being conned. No you got a desperate guy down to minimum he can to live. Give full price.
