my dance teacher taught me and my classmates how do do the splits in a day with 4 different stretches, before i couldn’t do a split then at the end of the class everyone was able to do the splits

try butterfly method on ur stomach and have someone push down on your lower back

If you stretch every single day for 30 mins or at least 5x a week it’ll take 5 months.

If you look at the back of ur leg .. make sure ur heel is facing upwards

also, try wall stretching. my dance teacher would play like 2 songs and our legs were spread on the wall laying flat on the floor 😊

Stretch first! Trust me sit like a butterfly & lean foward as much as u can, try to get ur chest to touch ur feet

You got it boo just keep stretching !! I sat my nephews on one leg and on the other in butterfly stretch and they push it down now I can do the splits like nothing 😩 practice makes perfect luvv🫶🫶

tip when you get to the point where you can’t go no more take your hands and keep them off the ground and let your left stretch into the split it will stretch your muscles more ❤️hope this helps
