wouldn't you be better sand the pins instead of the caliper because cheaper to replace pins instead of caliper 👌

I’ve cut my pins down because the new one had a different nut on it that made it 5/16” to big so caliper wouldn’t fit over pads.

I keep surgery rooom level cleanlinesss when doing brakes to avoid any dirt. And u doing it on grass and dirt ? Dirt in slide pins = premature death

A piece of sandpaper on a barrel cleaning rod. Chuck it in a drill and you can clean out the bore pretty well.

I thought there was two things you were going to check. I would also suggest always checking the surface where you bolt your line in. Sometimes they are so pitted the copper washer isn’t gonna seat.

Grease damn thing before you start drilling if you have to you don't want metal shavings down in there more than likely it's just a dry pin mic the pins 1st

Yeah people keep saying they’re New…. They’re Not new, they’re rebuilt. And not all companies do it correctly. Please read all descriptions before buying.
