TAKE ACTIVATED B VITAMINS- such as B9 L-Methylfolate (L-5-MTHF) and B6 Pyridoxyl-5-Phosphate (P5P). I LOVE the B6+B12 by @Cymbiotika  3. EAT DARK LEAFY GREENS 4. EAT HIGH QUALITY ORGAN MEAT OR SUPPLEMENT IT- things like chicken liver and grass fed beef liver have the highest bio available levels of B vitamins in the world (be mindful of your source with these don’t just go to the grocery store and buy whatever)  5.
