@iam_arthur7: This is called….THE FREEZE FRAME EFFECT And here’s step by step tutorial;- For this effect you’re gonna need 3-5clips and import them into premiere pro then select in and outs of the clips you wanna use and drop them in the timeline. Take screenshots using the camera button and export the frames in any folder that you’ll be able to find them in. Look up the frames you exported and import them into photoshop or just drag each one in there. Select remove background and click file and export as PNG.. do that for the rest of the frames you exported then head back into premiere pro. Import those photoshop stills without the background and the sauce is to drag and drop each one 5 frames before their respective clips to make the transition stand out. If you wanna add a lil spice to the transition, look up transform effect then apply it on the frames, uncheck “use composition blur and instead set it at 260 then key frame any sort of movement you like and you should have something like that.
