MEAL PREP WITH ME 🍽️ This weeks meal prep we have some White Chocolate Biscoff Raspberry Weetabix Cheesecake for breakfast and a Spicy Peanut Chicken Noodles for lunch! Make sure to save for later☝🏼 BREAKFAST: •White Chocolate Biscoff Raspberry Weetabix Cheesecake •366 kcals - 34g PRO, 43g CHO, 6g FAT For 1 serving: -2 weetabix -40ml of low fat milk -150g of 0% non fat Greek yoghurt -15g of white chocolate protein powder -10g of biscoff spread melted, -30g of frozen raspberries Method: 1. Break up the weetabix and mix with the milk. Keep pressing it together until it becomes sticky. Press it down until it’s flat. 2. Mix the yogurt and protein powder together. Spread over the weetabix 3. Melt the biscoff spread and drizzle over the yoghurt. Use a knife to create ridges over it. 4. Add some frozen raspberries to the top. 5. Place in the fridge overnight. LUNCH: •Spicy Peanut Chicken Noodles •378 kcals - 39g PRO, 46g PRO, 6g FAT Serves 4: -4 noodle nests -400g of uncooked chicken breast, dices -2 cloves of garlic, minced -2 spring onions -1 carrot, julienned or grated -1 red pepper Peanut sauce: -4 tbsp of light soy sauce -40g of peanut butter -2 tbsp of honey -2 tbsp of oyster sauce -1 tbsp of sriracha -1 tsp of chilli flakes -100ml of water Method: 1. Boil and cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain once cooked. 2. Spray a pan with light oil and add the chicken. Cook for 2 minutes then mix in the garlic and the white part of the spring onion. 3. Mix in the carrot and red pepper. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked and softened. 4. Mix the sauce ingredients together and add to the pan. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add more water if needed. 5. Mix in the cooked noodles. 6.
