@peterchristian_: Started focusing less on getting so much protein in and more on quality carbs and fats. Made a huge difference. I don’t have the exact same meals every day, but for the most part, i’ll have the oats, some fruits pre workout and then a big dinner and an omellete as my final meal. This set up tends to be the easiest to stick to with my routine and i’ve had very good results from it 🙏 #gym #fulldayofeating #whatieat #highprotein #bodybuilding #fatloss #bulking
