@hope.for.zimbabwe: Challenges : Hope For Zimbabwe Children (HFZC) second visit to physically challenged Esnathi Njinje - Chitungwiza- Donated us$20. 02 September 2024 *Background* On 2 September 2024 HFZC volunteers Patrick Chinake and Blessing Sibanda visited physically challenged Esnathi Njinje in Chitungwiza and donated $20 received from Hope for Zimbabwe Children founder ,Violet Makunike. This is a second visit a follow up to first visit on 24 July 2024. HFZC team observed that Esnathi besides her physical challenges she is facing more challenges in her day to day living. *Challenges observed* 1. Esnathi is not allowed to communicate with anyone in the absence of her aunt. Hence she is not free to say her heart out. 2. Her aunt refused to give HFZC team any other contact numbers of other family members besides hers. Therefore we could not get information on how she is living under the care of her aunt. 3. Her neighbours said each time they are at the house for prayers, she will be putting on the same clothes. A point observed by HFZC team on the first and second visit. 4. The neighbours one day visited her for prayers and discovered that she was doing her laundry without washing powder or soap with dirt water. A point also observed by HFZC team on the second visit on 2 September 2024. One of her cousin sister (who also lost her parents) was washing without soap or washing powder. 5. Esnathi sits on the same place from morning until when she gets inside the house. No one cares to assist her to change places when the sun gets hot. 6. She hardly has anyone talking to her just to freshen up her mind. She is isolated from other family members. 7.
