Mate, walk away until it’s ready, especially as there’s no window fitted, when the flooring swells they’ll be blaming you. If u Intend going back tell them you’ll re-price it to include wasted visits

Ask if you can send a revised quote or state the flat needs to be completely clean on date of starting or additonal cost may be added to invoice

no but yes, use to do ufh for a large house builder had it all time. If it was too much to clean out I'd charge an abandoned day fee which would have a knock on with screed, 2 fix ect.
