I’m not able to digest cows milk in any iteration. I rotate between flax, hemp, oat, cashew & almond.

Lactaid was just recalled. News claims, milk contains Almonds. Fairlane is the only Lactaid free milk. The other brand has enormous amounts of sugar. 😳

Just so everyone knows there's a new Maola milk coming to the shelf. I overheard the man that delivers milk tell a cashier that it's extra pasteurized milk and will be shelf stable longer.
