absolutely not! if I sit down to eat and someone serves me then yes but otherwise no way. tipping is way out of hand

I do it because I can afford to give back and it makes me feel good tbh but I know not everyone can do that or even wants to do that so it’s understandable in those situations. def not a necessity

I was FLOORED when I went into the hospital cafeteria to their "self service buffet style bar." and they had a legit sign and a bucket for host tips. Like WHAT? no one was there!

Absolutely not! At sit down restaurants, I do. Usually 15% min. I've tipped as high as 25% for excellent service but as low as a penny for HORRIBLE service.

Tipping in places like Panera is actually allowing the employer to not provide raises. “You get tip sharing” 🤦🏼♀️
