looks delicious!! I've never had zaatar what's it taste like? is it spicy, sweet? nutty ? is it mainly for Mediterranean dishes? I'll have to see if whole foods carries it!

It never worked for me. Feta melted and it was a mess. The cheese you are using is definitely not Feta cheese!
