@teags.weightloss: What i eat in a day. Going into week 3 of being back at the gym now. My back is a timy bit sore today but i put that down to my 10 hour shift i had on saturday as after that it was feeling abit weak. So just being very aware of my back atm and doing bery slow and controlled movements at the gym.
